Managing Your Care From Home!
The other day, I heard a mom say she brings her kids to the doctor when they’re sick or need a checkup – but she never comes for herself.
I get this, since there never seems to be enough hours in the day to do all we need to. We take care of kids, the house, our jobs – but run out of time to take care of ourselves.
That can cause trouble, though. We’re only the best parents we can be when we get some rest and exercise. We need to stay healthy for our kids. So sometimes our own oxygen masks really do need to go on first.
To help with this, we have some tools to keep you healthy and make your life easier – without having to drop what you’re doing and drive to a Kaiser Permanente medical office. So, make a cup of tea, have a seat, and see what we’ve got!
